Return Policy

At ParDog, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got your back.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with tags still attached

• Returned in the original packaging (if possible)

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@pardoggolf.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
